Sigma Poster ("we," "our," or "us") is a multi-platform SaaS solution developed by Mexcoders. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application to automate content posting to social media platforms, including Facebook.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your social media accounts to Sigma Poster, we collect specific information via platform APIs (such as the Facebook Graph API):

  • Identity Data: Your name and profile picture (to identify your user account).
  • Contact Data: Your email address (for account management and support).
  • Page/Account Data: The names, IDs, and access tokens of the Facebook Pages or social accounts you manage.
  • Content Data: The text prompts, images, and videos you submit to us for generation and publishing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Provision: To verify your identity and grant access to the Sigma Poster dashboard.
  • Automation: To authenticate with third-party APIs (Facebook, Google) on your behalf and publish the content you create to your selected accounts.
  • Token Management: We securely store encrypted "Long-Lived" Access Tokens to maintain your connection without requiring frequent re-logins.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share data in the following circumstances:

  • Platform Partners: We transmit your content and authentication tokens to platforms like Meta (Facebook) and Google solely to execute the content generation and posting commands you initiate.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures—including AES-256 encryption for all stored social media access tokens—to protect your data. We retain your credentials only as long as you maintain an active account with us.

5. User Data Deletion (GDPR & Facebook Compliance)

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

To remove your data:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to daniel@mexcoders.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will permanently delete your account and all associated tokens within 72 hours.
  2. Platform Settings: You can revoke our app's access at any time via your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations.
